Ingredients
2 medium onions (sliced)
1 bulb of garlic (chopped)
118 mL hot jalapeño peppers (sliced)
1 small can pimiento (sliced)
1 large can diced tomatoes (preferably Capri brand)
Salt
Procedure
- Sauté onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, pimiento, and jalapeño.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Simmer salsa, partially covered, under low fire for 15-30 minutes.
